Return Policy Prior authorization is required and required completion of a Return Authorization Form (located in PHF Policies and Forms folder). No credit for shipping and handling is allowed. There will be a 25% restocking fee that will be applied to any returns.  Refunds are not given for electronic product (DVD/CD).

Damaged Copies: PHF does not accept the return of damaged products. If customers receive merchandise that is damaged, they should call within 10 days.  There may be some exceptions when PHF will ask the customer to return the copy for evidence. Customers have the option of receiving credit or a replacement, for cost of the book only.

For Retailers: Up to 50% of an order may be returned, provided that books are unmarked and in saleable condition. Returns must be received within 60 days from date of invoice.

Regular Customers:  May return any part of their order for credit, or refund, whichever the customer prefers.  Returns must be made within 60 days of the original invoice date.
